1. If you have a license stored in your Vault account that has not yet been assigned to a radio, you can transfer the license to a radio by connecting it to Armada, the KENWOOD Viking fleet management and programming software.
2. If you have a license currently assigned to a radio in your fleet that you want to reassign, you can connect it to Armada to transfer to your Vault account. You can leave it in your Vault account for future use or you can immediately reassign it to another radio in your fleet.

You have two screens to manage your radios and licenses:

1. My Radios - view and manage all of the radios in your fleet. For each radio, you can view the radio type, assigned licenses, and the associated license value.
2. My Licenses - view and manage perpetual and non-perpetual licenses. For each type of license, you can view assigned and unassigned licenses.

You can also create tags for a specific department/customer and assign those tags to different radios in order to filter by custom groupings.

Your Vault dashboard gives you a summary view of your account:

1. Vault View - shows a list of licenses (and total value) that have not been assigned to a radio.
   Field View - shows a list of licenses (and total value) assigned to all of your radios deployed in the field.
2. Notifications - messages will be displayed to inform you of items that may require attention.
3. Pending Transactions - When you transfer a license from your account to a radio that is not connected to Armada, it will appear as a pending transaction.
